_____Random Info
My first try at startrails with the DFS deactivated (more on this here: [link]). But the pretty difficult enviromental conditions were making this pretty nerve wrecking non the less, my lens kept fogging up due to the incredible humidity, and suddenly I stood in dense fog so I couldn't use some of the shots, thus the gaps in the trails. It took me about an hour to clean the raws convert them into tiffs and then subsequently edit the file. Didn't know how much work startrails are. Now I have even more respect for the people that really get this to work and look really bombastic. I need to work on my skills a little more; hope to have the time and weather soon.

It requires a lot of patience but other than that it's actually not that hard if the weather conditions are good enough. :)

What's the minimum you should have your shutter speed at? And I heard if you have a tree in your picture you have to do it on a non-windy night.
