   Guess I am still not done with my Portugal shots, so here's another one. After sleeping first time after our arrival and about the only night we've actually lied down in the tent ~emats and I woke early to shoot Cabo da Roca from afar during dawn. The wind was pretty harsh sometimes but standing up there and eating cookies during the long exposures really felt like we had finally reached our destination. And I was amazed by the cliffs excited like a little child finally getting to shoot something that actually looks awesome after returning from my Alpine trip of 2011.

   Again I found myself going with a rather cold and slightly purple colored white balance adding a slightly magical touch maybe. All in all I didn't change much, added a little contrast and saturation and that was it. I love to have good shooting conditions resulting in as little post-work as possible.

P.S.: Cabo da Roca is the westernmost location of Europe thus the title.

Schönes Bild, auch von der Farbe finde ich es gut. Mir ist rechts etwas zu wenig los aber sonst Top.

Hm, ich wollte damit halt etwas das "Ende der Welt" Feeling evozieren, darum musste ich halt zeigen, dass zur Rechten nix mehr kommt quasi. Aber vllt. etwas mittig. Find' ich aber gut, dass dir die Farben gefallen. :)

YES! Deutlich besser so... hatte das alte zum direkten vergleich als Tab offengelassen... So wirkts deutlich stimmiger :) wirkt auf mich jetzt wesentlich wuchtiger.

Gut, hatte auch den Eindruck, dass der Blaustich etwas die Textur der Steine "verdeckt" und sie demnach etwas unspektakulärer aussehen. Bin jetzt auch eigentlich zufrieden mit dem Bild. Freut mich, dass du's ähnlich siehst. :D

Finde es ehrlich gesagt etwas zu stark ins Blau hinein. Vorallem auf der rechten Seite. Vlt würde es bei einem anderen Format anders wirken oder halt den WB nicht so stark ins puple ziehen... Ist halt ne Geschmacksfrage. Technisch kann man hier ja kaum meckern ^^

Hm, ich bin gerade dabei den blaustich etwas aus den Felsen zu nehmen, da er da finde ich persönlich wirklich etwas zu stark ist, werd das in 10 Minuten updaten. Mal schauen was du dazu sagst. Was die rechte Seite anbelangt, sieht es eigentlich nach dem aus wie ich es haben wollte.
